The breakfast was good and the hotel and rooms were fine. It was well located in the centre. However we were charged twice for our room and despite returning to the hotel to complain and even though they admitted the error we have not managed to get the money back! Don’t think they are familiar with international travellers and short of English speakers. It is very annoying and wasted a lot of our time on such a simple thing that should be easy to rectify.

Best breakfast this holiday

Able to store our bicycles inside securely. Comfortable and clean. Balcony helped dry out washing. Best breakfast in past two weeks of staying in hotels. Lots of home cooked things to eat. Close to good restaurants.

Central hotel, friendly staff, reasonable price, bedrooms need some maintenance eg hairdryer broken, toilet roll holder falls off wall, plug socket hanging out of wall. Noise from other guests in hallways can be easily heard. Rooms comfortable.
