"We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again."

"A great, quiet location, close enough to everything we wanted to do, but far enough from the road that we didn’t hear anyone else. My kids loved the pools and swam every day. "We originally booked this unit and switched to other unit due to owner request and personal issues. On pictures unit looked even better, 2 story, 2 king beds and "sofa bed " that was for kids sleeping. Unfortunately, sofa bed is broken and old, not possible to sleep on it. Also, we had no washer, A/c in upper bedroom not working. "We really enjoyed the relaxing stay and especially enjoyed using the rooftop pool in Building G. The on-site security didn't ever feel needed, but it was such a nice touch to have someone there to say hello and goodbye as we came and went throughout the stay.
