The Kids’ Club really stood up, the staff were nice and they had a good daily schedule for kids. Kids could also participate in theatre performances and dance in the evenings. My son really enjoyed participating. We also liked the food at the resort.

Clean rooms and great service. Everyone is polite and ready to be at service from the front desk to the concierge. Loved the villa with the balcony, the pool and the beach. Great place for families and kids. Actually, the distance from Bahía Príncipe to the bench is walkable but the shuttles were on time and it was fun riding them. There are drinks everywhere and the food in the buffet was delicious. Beautiful sunsets, shows, music, and space to sit and enjoy the nice weather. Highly recommended.

The room was spotless, I would leave a note and a tip and the lovely person would go over and above to meet my needs. I loved how kind the staff was, the food was excellent! My teenage daughter and I did this trip to see what it was like and we are going to bring back my sons and husband for Spring break. We are going to stay in the Luxury part for the private pool area. The beach was one of the most beautiful I have seen. A Caribbean bath as we referred to it.

Second time staying here. Excellent staff all throught our stay. Rooms were very clean, plenty to do to keep you busy in all the resorts. Highly recommend the romantic dinner (upon request). We’ve been here for our 6th time. Unfortunately we will not be back. The worst thing you guys could do was open that useless Tequilas section All you did was strip us of everything that made Coba worth coming to. It’s nowhere near the beach so things like the silent pool and the food truck made the Coba ok still, especially for the price. Now we’ve just had the prices go up only to get half of our normal benefits for staying with you guys taken away. Looks like we’ll sadly be looking for a new place to go twice a year:) .

Room was clean. House keeping did good job. Desk clerk Henrri checked in us. Wasn’t very helpful. Did not explain anything about the resort, customer service, buffet, restaurant, train service. Other stuff was nice. Hair dryer in the room on button do not stayed on. I had to hold it on to use it.When we took shower some water comes out and floor gets wet. I bath mat was not enough. We are Muslim couldn’t eat any kind of meat.wasn’t much seafood to eat. I was getting tired of eating vegetables. Overall was good.
