When I arrived it was not the suite I ordered. The next day I received the suite. The food is good, the service is excellent and the location is perfect with a beautiful beach

The resort was really beautiful. The staff are really nice. The only issue I had was I got bit by something on the bed like I have like 10 to 12 big lumps on my hands and we noticed every time we close our room door when we’re leaving when we come back, it smells like poop. My vices don’t stay on the first floor maybe go up but overall the resort is really nice and also it’s far away from a lot of things and they don’t suggest or have any package deal to take you anywhere.

I was put in the wrong room and was told this was all they had, and ruined the start of our trip. Facility had no welcome berates or snacks. All inclusive but the bartender upstairs only made lemon drop martinis. Definitely feel as if this is a scam after the experience I had.

This was our first experience in an all inclusive resort. We liked the security, the grounds, and the beachfront views were fantastic. The problems with the resort were sewage backup smell permeated the room the first night; we did not get the room we originally booked. They did however change us to an ocean view room of a lesser price the next night. Also, there was no water for a out three hours the first night as they were working on the plumbing.
