"We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and feels brand new. Every area of the property was spotless and well cared for. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. A special thank you to Ammar, Dina, and Bayan at the reception for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. We would also like to recognize Dia in the restaurant, who was incredibly friendly and attentive, making every meal even more enjoyable. The combination of an excellent location, beautiful facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality made this one of the best hotel stays we’ve had.
