"Stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The room was relatively spacious and very clean, with nice quality cotton bedding and towels with a decent sized shower that worked well. Wardrobes were provided as was a table and chair - our room overlooked the pool, some rooms had balconies. The air conditioning worked well and breakfast was pretty good with various options. "Be aware, me and my family of 5 ended up with no place to stay and the worst thing, it was around 21.00 hours we had to look somewhere else which was triple the price and very far from where we wanted to stay, after a long call to hotels.com , we gave up and booked where we stayed from a competeor website. Very poor service"

"Great location. Good value. Good for families. Room would benefit from a refresh. Breakfast gets busy and items were only slowly replenished. So get up early. Eggs cooked in front of you to order but this seems very inefficient and long queues start to form. They seemed happy let you take coffees and juice outside to the bar/pool area after breakfast. No tea/coffee or bottled water. Saw security challenging people bringing items in from outside. On the whole, a fair offering and service."
