Made us wait 2 hours to receive the room, they had some weird noises through the whole night above our room. Couldn’t complete our stay due to the inconvenience, stay away!!

This hotel resort at the center of fujairah city is beautiful. I love that I didn’t had a problem in finding cab and or the front desk people are very helpful. The outdoor pool is relaxing because of its warm water on cooler days. The only thing that I complained during my stay was the AC, they set it at 24•c /75f which was hot for me! I was trying to adjust it myself but I was unsuccessful, the staff has to call somebody from their engineering dept. and got it fix. They act fast which was great.

The hotel is located at convenient spot on corniche and has a small beach and facilities to relax and unwind. A short walk away and you can enjoy a relaxing walk along the corniche and you can enjoy local beach and surroundings. The local shopping malls are about 5 to10 minutes in a taxi ride.

I went before time of check-in. Christeen in the reception told me i ll charge u bc u came early. Without telling me how was ur trip? Welcone to the hotel nothing just shocked me in our arrival. But after that she tried to help us upon wondering if this is the hospitality? She gave us a room and came to our waiting place to give the key. The hotel is good. The rooms r very spacious and moderm. This is my 4th time there. But my msin complaint No lifeguard on kids swimming pool which is so dangerous. The beach is nice. And the pool is amazing but the jacuzzi is 44degree celesius impossible to stay in it. Should be adjusted.

Nice family hotel
Over all the stay was reasonable, I would stay here again, had a slight issue, which was resolved by Amal and Mohamed who were very professional and understanding. The breakfast was hit and miss... would come back though

A very nice hotel with good value for money, some areas could use a bit of an update or change. Staff is nice and helpful. Beach is nice and the pool area is nice but the pool could use a fix but in general very nice

The rooms are nice but we got put in a smoking room so it smelled. The pool and beach area is spacious and private. The only thing is that they do not allow any outside snacks or drinks on the beach/pool area. We couldn't even eat a bag of chips out there and the pool snacks/drink are very limited.

Very Comfortable and well maintained Hotel
Initially we were frustrated because they had sold out of the room we had booked, but then they were able to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom apartment with the same view. So with that I would say the customer service was excellent. When we ordered room service it was very prompt, and a reasonable price for room service. The food was also hot and tasty when it arrived. The only small negative was that they did not have an onsite bar of any sort open at the moment, and the mattress was a bit firm for my taste. Otherwise, we were very pleased, and we will definitely stay there again.

First ever stay in beautiful Fujairah
A very pleasant stay in the Blue Diamond hotel which has a beautiful, clean, huge swimming pool and a spa. Ask for a room on a high level to enjoy the view. The bedroom was larger than standard and spacious and very comfortable to sit around in. We had a balcony with two chairs also which had a lovely view of the ocean. The room also had two comfortable sitting areas and free tea and coffee, slippers and dressing gowns were provided.The bathroom was particularly large and had a big walk in shower as well as a bath. The hotel is very centralized. It was a 9 minute drive to The Fujairah Mall which was full of great shops, restaurants and cinemas plus there was a garage literally right next door which had a grocery attached to it. The staff were friendly and polite. There was plenty of free parking spaces as well as free valet parking although obviously a tip for service was given. Our room rate didn't include breakfast and we didn’t buy it. We did eat one meal, a high tea which was 79 dirhams but it was enough for 2 people. We thought it was delicious to be honest and it was served in beautiful surroundings in the cafe in the lobby. The hotel was very good value for money. It is very clean and our beds got fully changed every single day. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this family friendly hotel

The pool staff were the rudest people I ever met. They moved my stuff and also accused my (11 year old daughter) of washing the sand from the beach even thought we were already in the pool and 30 minutes prior showers off the sand at the beach. Majority of the staff had no clue what the resort offered and they catered mostly to Russian speaking individuals. They did not know about any events around town or places to go. We were so unimpressed with the hotel that we bought a day pass at another hotel to use their pool and beach with out the harassment of the life guards. The buffet is sub-standard. Don’t waste your money on the evening and breakfast buffet. One of the waiters even recommended a better place to eat after our noticeable displeasure. Also the guest at this hotel ate directly from the spoons of the buffet and used their hands to get their food from the buffet pots.
