Address downtown is like a home away from home. The simplicity yet lux of the hotel rooms, the view, the quietness, the little things...above all the staff. Hassan, Sabough, and Kero were really amazing. I felt like I was amongst family. I look forward to coming to the Address Downtown location. I have tried a couple of other addresses, this is by far the best. Thanks for the hospitality and excellence in service.

"My experience with the hotel was bad. I stayed in a regular room, it smelled, the valet crashed my car, and there’s only three elevators which the staff skip using the service elevators (they have two) and instead crowd the already crowded elevators with their cleaning equipment and tools."
