"The hotel had a weird smell which they tried so hard to cover with air freshener, and it made it even worse. The hotel is on a main road. Good luck trying to sleep with all the vehicles engines noises and cars honking. Electricity stopped at 7 am in our and four other rooms. Until 11 am they didn't even have the courtesy to offer us a replacement room. I had to check out early because I couldn't handle it anymore. Sleeping in my car would've been a more pleasant experience than this. Would...

"At first I called the property to confirm my reservation, yet they decided having a reservation with my name and they told me that they don’t deal with hotels.com! Yet the person answered me was kind enough to book me a room until I arrive. After that it appear to be misunderstanding from their side as hotels.come is under Expedia reservations that they didn’t know of.
