Over rated, and over price Hotel as 4 star hotel
Should be 3 stars only,
Staff y unfriendly with poor language skills
Also, some basics are missed when you check in, No towels on the room and you need to ask for it to get them and the toiletries are of the very cheep stuffs
Also, TV channels are of bad quality specially Saudi Quran, a s they were unable to get maj tenable person to fix it and they are using old & damage TV RC - there are picture of these RC

"I would highly recommend Saja Al Madinah. It is very close to the Masjid Al Nabawi. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has great variety of food. The rooms are clean. Great experience overall."
