"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. "An exceptional resort! The hotel staff are gracious and accommodating. They know your name when they speak to you with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. The wines are amazing. I can't say enough good things about Chateau Roslane. But most of all, it's the staff. They wowed me. "We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius."
