"The manager and worker were very sweet and we loved the look of the property/the rooms but we were disappointed when I couldn't get my toilet to flush (it finally did but then the water ran the entire time), the hot water to work or electricity to be reliable. Also, as nice as the staff was, they spoke no English at all which was difficult. If it wasn't for my broken Arabic, it would have been impossible to communicate with them. "

We made multiple calls to the hotel over a period of 4 hours and got no answer. We called Hotels.com and were on the app/phone for 4 hours. We got no help and had to find a place to stay on our own. "Service was inexperienced but very kind. Heating and cooling of rooms was turned off so the room was very hot. Lots of mosquitos but no screens. Finally they double charged us for the room and have refused to refund it, which is ridiculous and we will have to go through VISA to block charge "
