We had a wonderful stay here. It's a beautiful hotel, with breathtaking views, not to mention it's connected to the mall. All the staff were welcoming and very polite. We would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff stood out. However when i tried to park my car, the valet staff gave me a hard time. The promise was "free self parking". In reality, this didn't exist. It took a lot of haggling and negotiations for me to park my car on my own.

They are trying to update and it is clean. lifts are slow and awkward. Staff was friendly but I believe overtaxed as I was away from hotel and my car overheated...I tried for 3 hours to call the front desk and also reservations with no success to get a late checkout or extend.
