Al Mamoura Holidays

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room standards are outstanding — everything was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The cleanliness was truly impressive and made the stay feel relaxing. However, the reception service was not as welcoming or helpful as I would have expected, which left a bit of a disappointing first impression. Another important note: the hotel does not serve alcohol at all. While I respect this policy, it would be much better if this was clearly mentioned at the time of booking rather than finding out upon arrival. This would help guests manage their expectations and plan accordingly. With some improvements in front desk hospitality and clearer communication about amenities, this hotel could be an excellent choice.

It was a good put far away from the city

I loved this hotel. It was very nice view and the room was big and very comfortable and nice. Probably the best hotel I've stayed at so far.

I liked the food choices and selection along with. Cleanliness. I did not like the far walk to my room and the tub in the bathroom. It was slippery water will leak and floor was alway getting wet. I liked the private toilet.

It was worse than I expected
