We loved the room designs and stunning view at the places we stayed. The contemporary decor added to our enjoyment, creating a calming experience. Sarfaraz and Aliya were accommodating during check-in, and Habiba took care of our breakfast experience.

Overall it’s good but took lot of time for checkin and their system was showing non paid although we have made 100% payment. In room Kettle & Hair Dryer were not working but after request replaced.

Nice hotel on Marjan
Brand new, comfortable rooms. Nicely located for a nice weekend get-away. The on-site Claw BBQ and Karma are also perfect places for dinner, drinks with friends, etc.

A Fantastic Hotel
We spent a long weekend in Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island, and it was great. The facility is very good, located in a good location. The staff were very helpful throughout the process. Front desk staff Akmaral was very good and helpful. The hotel has a fantastic breakfast spread with lots of choices. Something for everyone. Kudos to Chef Kamal of the Flavors Restaurant. He does a great job. Housekeeping was also of a high standard, Mila, the housekeeper on our floor did a great job and was always smiling. On the day of checking out, didn't catch his name, but the porter who helped us with our luggage, black-African porter, was very kind and helpful. Overall, this was a great experience for the family.

Amazing Stay , I enjoyed alot.
It was wonderful stay , Staff was so friendly , Hotel was so clean , the view from the room was amazing , the Only thing I didn't like is the Pool , it was small and overcrowded and it was Only one swimming pool , also the beach seats it was always reserved with towels however no one was seated ,

As per me, this hotel is not suitable for Indians who wish to enjoy hotel stay. 1) Crowd Management - Zero Still covid-19 issue is not resolved, but hotel was jam pack with crown and hotel management was unable to manage the crowd, breakfast section was so over crowded that we were always in fear of covid spread 2) Facilities - Inconvenient Hotel swimming pool is located in a direction of morning sunrise, due to which pool is having hot sun till noon, and buy the time pool gets shady, its is over over crowded with people, so you wont get peace of mind and high chance of spreading covid. hotel must increase pool timing so that crowd management can be done. 3) Quality of Food - Bad I had breakfast at hotel during my stay and taste for food was really bad, first time in my life i was indian food combination of Idly with curry 4) Room - Amazing 5) Parking - Good 6) Beach - Good Overall - For me it was Bad, as i came to enjoy my hotel stay and stay in pool.

Not a Wow Experience
It was a standard stay at this Hotel. No Valet. U have to self-park. The room is small and standard. No choice of pillows. and some stains are seen on bedsheets as well. For a new property, this is not expected. The amenities and in-room products are also of average quality. The breakfast spread too was not what we can call "out of this world"

Lovely hotel and good value
I have stayed at many Hampton Hotel and this is one of the best. The staff are very helpful and friendly and everywhere was really clean. My only negatives would be that the waiting time for food by the pool was a little slow at being delivered and was never collected after finishing. The pillows in the room were very hard and the light on the smoke detector was extremely bright so wasn't able to get a good nights sleep. It would be nice to see more recycling options too, as plastic bottles are given in the rooms, but it is not clear if these are recycled as you just been them in the bin with everything else. But overall the stay was really nice.

Negative impacts of All-Inclusive Concept
Hotel is new and modern. But the all-inclusive concept applied to the tourists (mostly from Russia and Europe) is significantly reducing the service quality together with guest satisfaction and happiness. I went there for a relaxing weekend but unfortunately, all I saw was a big crowd, people loudly speaking, long queues in bars, elevators, buffets, towels for the beach... The breakfast buffet looked like it had been plundered. Not a good decision to have a pleasant stay alone or with the family..

Great View, comfortable Room, & good Restaurants
Great view from my 9th Floor Room. Spacious modern room with everything you need. However everyday there was maintenance being done in the Room above me. Even after complaining a couple of times, and mentioning it on checking out, there wasn’t much of an apology. Not really what you want when you want to rest & relax in your room when you’ve been out working all day. I would stay here again though, the Two restaurants on the 1st floor were great with lots of options. Can see this area becoming quite popular in years to come.

It's a nice hotel
It's a new, clean and nice hotel. All kinds of drinks are available at the bar and beach bar. The breakfast restaurant was very busy. The beach is beautiful. The pool is not so big and it was crowded. Our room was at top floor I mean 10th floor and the balcony was very noisy because of the AC machines working on the roof.

A Superb Experience.
It was the first time we had stayed there but it won't be the last. Everything about this hotel was superb, from check-in to the spotlessly clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff, and the wonderful restaurants. The hotel was very busy but breakfast was very well-managed and the food was excellent. The price was also very reasonable; cheaper than similar hotels on Marjan Island. We'll be back!

Hotel swimming pool
The swimming pool was very very small and guest are much more than hotel capacity, specially in this situation we are not feeling comfortable at all.

A moderately pleasant stay
The check in process was quite really slow, but the receptionists were very courteous. However, the Arabic manager at that time was very rude. The way he responded to inquiries was very boastful and unacceptable. That gave us a a very disappointing start up experience. The rest of the staff were very accommodating, although inexperienced. They don't provide bathrobes and vanity kits in the rooms. The pool was lovely, but usually fully occupied. We would say that the breakfast was satisfactory. It's clean as it is a new hotel. The best thing that we liked is the Claw barbecue Bar and restaurant. We really liked the music, vibe, and food there.

Worst hotel ever, it should be closed!
My husband, 5 month old baby and I stayed at this new hotel. Beach and pool are ok, but there is a construction site next to it causing a disturbance 24/7. Room is very small and cramped with bulky furniture. Crib was brought to the room that made movement impossible. And not only did the hotel provide a 3 kg king size cover for 5 months old, but it was stained badly with what it looks like blood! Reception staff couldn't be reached. Foreign tourists are not informed about strict masks wearing policies exposing us all, especially most vulnerable categories like us unvaccinated mothers to old and new covid variants. Worst is to come. As I took a shower, I saw orange marks on the towel, so I thought it's dirty towels. When I tried sanitizing baby bottles I discovered the hot water flowing orange in colour! Hotel plumber eventually came after multiple calls, and after 1 hour letting water flow, he said he can't do much. We insisted to speak to a manager for days, but only person to assist us was kitchen chef, duty manager, Paul who was aware of the situation but no one was doing anything at the higher management. He did, however change us to a family room and give us a dinner voucher to try and compensate for the chaotic state of affairs. Flavors staff were helpful and polite and the food was decent. Disorganized place, dirty running water, management can't be reached and the reception staff was unresponsive and untrained. It should be closed along with the management!!!
