From start to finish we were treated amazingly by the staff. The room was fantastic, wifi worked extremely well. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, although can recommend the room service. The metro overhead station is a 5 min walk that will take you down to the Mall of Dubai. The hotel offers free shuttle (dependant on room type) that will take you to Mall of Emirates and beach. Highly recommended.

Hotel was great. Only downfall is other guests letting their children run through the buffet grab food with their hands and eat directly from the serving platters and drop plates… needs better buffet policing for everyone’s enjoyment
