"I am writing regarding my recent reservation at your hotel from Apr. 17 to Apr. 19. (Expedia Itinerary: 72073353137118) On the first day of my stay, I requested a cancellation due to an urgent matter. After consulting with the reception, I contacted Expedia and agreed to a 50% cancellation fee. Despite this agreement, my credit card was charged for the full 2-night stay. I have already raised this issue, but it has not been resolved yet. Please review my cancellation record with Expedia and refund the overcharged portion as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt response."

"I was unable to locate the hotel for my reservation. My Uber driver and I spent a long time searching, but the location listed on Google Maps was incorrect. The address provided led us to a completely different hotel, and the reception there informed me that this happens frequently — many guests arrive there by mistake because of the same incorrect listing. They even advised me not to stay at that property. I also tried calling the hotel multiple times, but no one ever answered. Expedia representatives were also unable to reach the property to assist me. Given these circumstances, I was unable to check in or use my reservation, and no refund was given to me. Extremely frustrated."

"I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and have so many regrets. It was also expensive to just leave since there is no refund. The word "luxury" in the name is a catfish. - very old and dusty. They try but it just needs renovations so bad and it's dirty. - the rooms aren't soundproof and it's super noisy, I could tell the crying child was actually downstairs. - I went to check how the spa was like and it's very unhygienic so I couldn't use the service. - the pillows are very hard and caused me neck pain. - they don't have a breakfast buffet. You order either Arabic or international breakfast and it comes to your room but it's very limited and is nothing like whats advertised. And no variety, regardless of what you asked they'll just get you what's available. - the bathroom smells. - there is no hot water in the shower. - there is no housekeeping. No one came during my stay. - I called for water and was told it's coming right up but I waited 4 hours, still no one came. Other times it the service was relatively fast but it's difficult to get them to give u more than 3 very small bottles of water. - the staff are nice but the hotel just won't cut it. I don't recommend it and will never come back"
