"Hello, I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts about my recent stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and found the experience pleasant. However, I did encounter a bit of a challenge during the check-in process. When I arrived, there was only one person at the front desk assisting guests. At the same time, a group of women were checking in together and had quite a few questions for the staff member, which understandably took a bit longer to address. As a result, I ended up waiting in line for about twenty minutes, even though it was just four women checking into the same room ahead of me. This was the only aspect of my stay that I found less than ideal, and I wanted to mention it in case there might be ways to streamline the check-in process for future guests. "The hotel staff was unfriendly, and the sheets and furniture were dirty. I requested new sheets, but they never arrived. I then went to the lobby and asked for a refund because the room was not clean. The staff put me in another room, which had mold all over the table and was also dirty. I felt uncomfortable there, so I checked out two hours into my stay. The property definitely needs an upgrade. "

"Very disappointed with the hotel. Constant irritations one after another: waiting for check-in, then room access card not working, about to take shower only to realize there are zero towels available (had to go out and request towels from housekeeping), then getting feet wet due to leaking bidet hose, and cherry on top lights not working in the morning due to electrical power issues (due to storm). Better to check other newer or better maintained hotels. Plenty to choose from out there."
