"The house was clean, it’s a bit odd layout, but overall okay, there were issues with the pool not being clean when we got there, but we did move our check in a day early, the pool guy came and kind of cleansed the pool, it still wasn’t perfect but better, also and there is nothing they can do about this but be aware there is an abundance of snakes we saw water snakes, timber rattlers, and copperheads in our stay so be aware outside especially at night, made host aware, like I said not much they can do it’s on the lake and all, but people with kids should look out "

"Great lake house! We enjoyed the property. The kayaks were perfect. We were close to all the sights and had a peaceful place to come back and relax to. The Host was responsive and friendly! Thanks for the stay. We will be back soon!"

"The communication about the entry could have been better. The gate code was kind of hidden in an email I received from them and not easy to find on VRBO. We actually found an unlocked gate to go in. Also it wasn't clear which unit it was until we dug through the email to find it.I feel like the photo listing is a little deceiving. This property claims to be for four people, but with four adults it was very cramped and there isn't adequate seating for four comfortably. It would be much better suited for two adults and two children. There were only two chairs ont he deck, which was dirty with debris. There is one small couch and an ottoman in the living room. I actually sat on the floor. The upstairs loft would be perfect for kids, but has very narrow stairs - I actually slipped on the slick, older carpet - but offers no privacy for adults.Other than that, the property was decorated really cute, had more than enough amenities, and little touches like snacks. So I would recommend the property for a small family."

"Perfect location for our family. Firepit for hotdogs and smores. Fishing for the kids. Big open floor kitchen/dinner/living room combo. Made awesome family memories for our family. Walmart being about 1 minute away was nice. Many attractions close by making travel easy and fast. The grand kids didn’t want to leave!"
