"This hotel is located in a great spot - it is within walking distance to the ferry, several restaurants, and the shopping "mall." The manager was great and responded quickly when we requested support - extra towels and change for housekeeper's tip. Parking was convenient and appreciated along a busy strip. It is an older building and that showed in several areas of the room (torn weather stripping on the door), bulging wallpaper in the bathroom near the shower, a light that was no longer working, etc. But it was clean and that was extremely important to us."
