Chic hotel

Wonderful and clean chic boutique hotel a block from the beach. The staff were very froebel, specially big THANKS to Mona who went beyond expectations.

Clean, stylish cozy hotel, but music is very loud!

Good: Close to the beach, very nice location. Staff were kind and nice as well. Cafe space was stylish and nice. Very clean. It is a nice and cozy hotel overall. I basically like it. Bad: Music downstairs by the pool was very loud all day long to late at night. The base sound is very emphasized so it was very noisy even in upstairs rooms... Wifi was not stable at all. I ended up to use nearby hotel's. No parking around, you need to find a place park in a nallow street.

Lack of Hospitality in Hospitality Business

The receptionist was not hospitable and did not even speak unless I ask a simple question. I insisted on saying good evening, good morning, hello but could not even received a reply. King size bed was a fake. Twin beds combined to form a double bed which made uncomfortable to sleep caused low backpain. The toilet seat was brown and I had to clean it by myself. The housekeeping service persistently sprayed room odor which was disturbing and 'breathtaking'.

the hotel is ok. New and well cleaned. But the man who sits at the reception at the day knows nothing about customer service. Most likely he is the owner or manager. He gives you the feeling that you are not welcome. He doesn't talk to the guests, doesn't say hello, only looks at you and isn't interested when you ask questions. He did this to all the guests. We just wanted our stay to end because there was a strange atmosphere in the hotel. the rooms had poor insulation. and it was difficult to find parking. the hotel is located in a narrow street. The only positives were the boy who worked as a waiter and the boy who was on night duty at the reception.

Veldig veldig fint og koselig hotell. Veldig god og hyggelig service fra de ansatte, slik service man husker. Område nede på hotellet er veldig fint og å ligge der og ta seg en brus eller øl er et must. Hotellet er mer enn bare et vanlig hotell og har en egen personlighet og vibe. Alt i alt, veldig fornøyde

Super trevligt och super mysigt hotell. Super fin mingel lounge med en avslappnade miljö där man kan sitta och njuta av sina drinkar. Personalen är jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma och finns till hands dygnet runt. Hotellet är super fint och hotellrummen städas dagligen. Frukosten är underbar och ordentligt med mat. Serveras med buffe samt varieras det med att servera frukosten personligen som ger en hemtrevlig känsla. Hotellet ligger i ett väldigt lungt område som gör hotellet ännu mer attraktivt, stranden över gatan och centrum super nära. En av de bästa hotellen i Alanya och rekommenderas starkt !

Very clean hotel and looks new and modern. Rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The staff is efficient and helpful. The area is walkable and has a long seaside walkway with stunning views.
