The staff were racist. We were on the private beach and were the only people that were asked to prove we were staying at the hotel as we were the only black people there. This was just one of many incidents.

First of all ,We are really sorry that you felt in that way.Our employee just wanted to be sure that you stayed in our hotel.Apart from reception,controlling this is provided by bracelet which was given to you at the check-in. As per the rules of our hotel, we give bracelet to our guests who check in and when they want to get service they have to show this bracelet to our employee.İf the bracelet wasn't worn by our guests They would requested to wear it or requested to take new one from reception otherwise they can't get service.Just because we are hotel in the city center we have a lot of visitor from outside.For that reason,Hotel guest must be discriminated from other visitors.What's going on here is all about that.Our employee or hotel management do not engage in racism in any way related to this issue.We regardless of their language, religion, color or nationality try to serve each of our guest equally.Thanks for understanding.

First of all room #3010 Was unbelievable dirty I can’t even describe how dirty it was start from bed sheets if you don’t tip the housekeeping staff they won’t even touch the room . Start with second thing the bath room was mold all over the place shower door won’t even close from the dirty never experienced that before . The internet was sucks you . Un recommended don’t even waste your money on this resorts

Good, could be great with some important changes
Good stay. Excellent food and drink. Something available 24/7. Reception staff could be friendlier, and they hygiene is questionable. Plates were often dirty at the buffet and the communal toilets are absolutely filthy and reek of urine all day long. The reception staff insisted that a transport to gazipasa would cost 65 euros in a normal taxi and that I should pay them for an airport transfer 50 euros. But I got a taxi for 20% less as I suspected. No big deal but never great to miainform guests. They also seem to have a shortage of room keys so be careful not to lose yours. They will give you a new one but only begrudgingly. Late check out was promised but then they changed their mind on the day of check out and I had to make a fuss about it. Staff everywhere else were friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable enough. Spa great. All in all a lovely hotel just a shame about some of the reception staff and the hygiene standards.

All good, only one inconvenience
The hotel is wonderful, the employees very helpful, daily and nightly activities, a pleasant atmosphere. We only had a problem at check out, we asked the receptionist to order us a VIP taxi, and he ordered us an ordinary transport. And the treatment of the receptionist was not pleasant, he did nothing to arrange the taxi that we needed. For everything else, the hotel is excellent.

This was the perfect place for me and my two young boys, one 6 and the other who is 2. Lots of activities and facilities for both adults and children. All the staff, especially the front desk staff were amazing. Very helpful and always offering help. Food could have been slightly better but I’m still very satisfied with the variety and quality. Everything was 10/10 for me. The only bad thing I can say is that I dislocated my shoulder whilst going for my last swim, the day before my flight. I also had a city tour booked for that day which I missed. Other than that my holiday with my family was amazing. My wife didn’t want to come back.

More than a resort, it was an average sized hotel. Two small pools did not suffice for the crowd at hand. Food options & variety were limited. To worsen the situation, the buffet timings were not followed as the dishes were not refilled in the last 30-45 minutes and everything was cleared clean/unavailable at the dot! In most places, the buffet end timings meant you could enter then bit still have the food available! Common area washrooms were not cleaned regularly at all; horrible to use. In-room toiletries were not replenished daily and towels were rationed too! Felt betrayed depending on Expedia reviews to make this booking :(

2nd Stay here
With this being our second stay here, we had a much better experience from Check in to check out. On our first trip i had to make so many trips to the reception to make complaints about various things, this time things seemed much better. We had three rooms for a total of 7 travelers for 6 nights, we were all located on the 6th floor with good views. Out of the three rooms we had 1 room that wasn't attended by the house keeping team on one of the days. we were out all day so the rooms were not messy anyway

Very good!
The staff at the front desk was very helpful and hospitable throughout our stay. Having a 1 year old, we really enjoyed the family friendly environment. The large play place was great, the indoor pool was great, and even the kids club was fun. It had beach access via an underground tunnel which came to another play area on the beach. We went during an overcast weekend, but think if it was sunnier it would have been all the better to enjoy the outside pool. For being an all-inclusive, we had hoped to be able to find some late night snacks offered, but none seemed to be available. We enjoyed our room and were given a pack and play for our child to sleep in. They also had a children’s tables and high chairs available in the restaurant. Overall, we had a very good experience and I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I have been in so many 5 stars and 4 stars hotels but this hotel even not look like 3 stars No toothbrush, no cold air conditioning, Windows dont open even in our room as the largest and most expensive room in the hotel, swimming pool is very much smaller than shows in pictures, foods are very limited and not in a good equality, we had to call more than 3 times for laundry service at the wnd after 2 hours waiting we had to hand iber our cloths to the lobby and force them to take it for laundry services

Great hotel with nice sea view and great food!
This is probably one of the best hotels in Alanya, the facility is modern, rooms look great and the foods are very delicious (many varieties of meat, fish, salats, drinks). Staff is ok and mostly friendly (would be helpful if they talk more english). There is also client relations staff that always walk around to get your feedback. Hotel has also a good spa with sauna, steam sauna, hamam etc (but the hamam with massage was way too short than it usually is, so I do not recommend their hamam massage as it lasted only 5-10 min) What got me dissapointed was the fact that me and my partner booked a double bed room as we wished to sleep together obviously, but instead we got a room with 3 separate beds and they did not change our room. After many requests they only put our beds together but it did not help as there was a space between the madras and it made me and my partner bit uncomrfotable.. (but the hotel was full for many days and I guess it was just our bad luck, I just wish they would have considered the fact that I came with my partner and booked a double bed...) The outside pool was also freezing cold and many people rather went to sea. Very nice seaside :) The entertainment shows were ok, except the night host who wasn't that pleasant. I would defenately recommend this hotel

Disapointing experience
I went to this hotel with my wife and daughter and didnt like it. Apart from the food, everything was problem. Especially the staff. They were quite rood and seem like didnt care anything. We were happy with the receptionist called Hicran. We wont go there again.

Great food-drink-nice hotel but bad animation team
Hotel is great, you can find fod and drink around the clock. The only negative is the entertainment and the animation team. For the price you would expect entertainment at the hotel but instead the animation team tries to get you to go to another disco outside the hotel which of course costs money. The disco at the hotel is quite good so they should promote that place. I wrote to the hotel on our 2nd day to complain and they asked me to come speak to them but every time I went by they were busy. I doubt it would help anyways because nothing changed after I wrote the hotel. I also told the animation team I did not appreciate them trying to get us elsewhere, there reply was the hotel doesn't care and they make money taking people elsewhere. Food was good in buffet but always a long que. minimum of 7 night stay required for one restaurant and the other seemed closed often so buffet is only real option but food was good so it was okay. Drink choices are very good for all inclusive only 1 beer option though. Pool closes at 6 which seems early but it forces people to get ready for dinner. Rooms were fabulous and cleaning ladies so nice. Mini fridge stocked daily for free was very nice. Gym could use some cleaning If you tip the bar and waiters just a little you will get very good service with drinks delivered and them asking if you need anything. So worth a few lira here and there! Would stay again!

Staying in this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bar served really nice drinks and milkshakes. We could ask for the milkshakes whenever we liked. The room was really nice and comfortable. We stayed near the beach so we could go there whenever we wanted. The pools inside the hotel were really fun to use. Overall staying here was a really great experience.

Decent Hotel with a few niggles
after a long journey the hotel didn't have the family room we booked on arrival so they gave us a triple room, 2 adults 2 children for a room of 3, they said to go back in the morning and our room should be ready, however when we went down they said they didn't have a family room again, at this point we were not happy at all and complained at the fact we lost one day already on the room that we booked, after a while a room was prepared for us, but little was done to compensate for the trouble as the hotel staff (inc front reception) had basic grasp of English (they mainly speak Russian as the majority of the residents were Russian). We also had to make sure the rooms were cleaned on first 2 days as we came back and often found the cleaning staff hadn't been round, the response was that the cleaning staff are cleaning rooms until 5pm, so we had to make sure we made a note to them to clean the room during the morning/ mid morning time. This was not written in the hotel book in the room, we often had to ask for more towels as the cleaning staff on 2 occasions left us just 2 bath towels for a room of 4 i didnt like complaining but felt i had to out of principle

Nice new hotel
This is a new hotel. Conveniently decorated rooms. Very nice decoration of dinners. Of the shortcomings - the ice cream that is offered, the most tasteless that can be bought. But in general this is a small minus, and so everything is ok.

New built hotel, great location and Tasty meals
I had not so good start impression, but after stay for 8 nights I can say that this is a great hotel for family stay. Has pools and great sea shore. Tasty meals and nice rooms. The internet in my room was very weak as others mentioned. The staff are Ok but not helpfull enough. Sauna and bowling and bilyardo table are Extra and need to be paid for

Asia Resort review
The room is good, but the cleaning staff for the room didn't come always, the reception is a nice staff, but they have internet problem always. The resort location is very good and very close to the city that is help me in many things

Excellent Hotel with good facitities
I went with a 10 year old and two 5 year olds - family of five. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves for the week as there was plenty for them to do. They made the most of the kids club, swimming pool, cinema, spa and the beach. The staff was very friendly and were always willing to help. The food was really nice and available all the time. A wide variety of salads, desserts and mains were accessible as buffet. Outside of the restaurant timings, the snack bar would be open, and also the bar at the beach had food and drinks. Although the experience was excellent and all, there were a few things that needed attention i.e. the lights in the room needed fixing, outdoor waterslides being closed although they opened it after two days, new members of staff required more training, indoor swimming pool was cold and after being unable to heat it they gave us access to the swimming pool in the hotel next door

Lovely hotel, close to beach.
Modern clean hotel with good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful in every area. The choice of food was well catered for to suit all. I would use this hotel again and can recommend it. I felt at total ease from a safety point of view also.
