Das Personal für die Reinigung war super freundlich. Die Rezeption nach dem Motto "wir haben es nicht nötig nett zu sein". Insbesondere der männliche Mitarbeiter behandelt die Gäste bei der Abreise als Kriminelle. Da wird erst einmal direkt jemsnd auf Zimmer geschickt um zu prüfen was geklaut wurde.....das geht auch unaufälliger. Nach dem 3. Mal dort. Nie wieder. Um 7 Uhr ist das Rührei schon kalt....ansonsten bietet das Frühstück eine grosse Auswahl.

Wonderful view from seaview room! Great location in lovely Alanya. Nice hotel overall that goes the extra mile to please its guests with new/modern furnishings/fixtures, hard working staff, and nice breakfast. I would definetely stay here again. Only area for improvement would be to do a better job cleaning the glass on the glass balcony railings.

Otel oldukça güzel odalar tertemiz ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi odada bulduk o da biraz küçüktü ama biz ekonomik bir oda tercih ettiğimiz için normal tabii havuzu yeterli ancak şezlong sayısı çok değildi ama olsun yine de temiz bir havuz deneyimi sundu. Kahvaltıda özellikle bahsetmek istiyorum mükemmel ötesiydi gerçekten günümün en güzel kısmını kahvaltilari oluşturdu çok memnun kaldım Alanya’ya tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle ziyaret edeceğim

Reception and room was perfect. Reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was all clean and tidy and had a amazing sea view. Negative sides are; No clean beach near(walking distance) due to port is here. Bad location, at one of the most crowded st. of Alanya and and its tough to find parking spot(No autopark).
