Zemin katta teklif edilen odaları kabul etmeyin. Balkonda sigara içebilirsiniz dediler ama zemin katta balkon denilen yer aslında sokak. 😀 Erken giriş için yardımcı oldular,ses yalıtımı pek iyi değil.Koridordaki en küçük ses bile odanın içerisinde.Akşam 2 tane şarap bardağı rica ettim fakat apart otel olmasına rağmen odalara bardak vermediklerini söylediler.

Wir kamen an und bekamen unseren Zimmer direkt, ohne viel zu reden. Wlan war anfangs schwach aber danach hat es wieder funktioniert mehr oder weniger. Ansonsten fand ich es gut, dass wir keine Kaution zahlen mussten, so blieb mejr Geld für den Urlaub. Der Pool war gut, die Liegen jedoch etwas abgenutzt. Im großen und Ganzem fand ich die Unterkunft sehr gut, vorallem das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Sehr empfehlenswert für Menschen die nichts großes suchen und ein etwas geringeres Budget haben

Rezervasyon yaptığımız odada klima çalışmıyordu, Burcu hanım sağolsun destek oldu, klimamız 1 saat normal olarak çalıştı ve tekrar arıza gösterdi. Daha sonra başka bir odaya geçişimiz yapıldı. Yatakları kullanmadık. Çekyatta yattık. İdare ederdi.

По сравнению с прошлым годом - стало всё намного хуже. Дали сильно прокуренный номер на 1м этаже. Состояние фурнитуры на 3. За неделю в номере ни разу не убрались, и даже не предложили смену белья и полотенец. Но у отеля есть и плюсы: расположение. 3 минуты до Cleopatra beach и минута до Migros.

Kaldığım en iyi apart otel

Şehir dışından geldiğimiz için erken gelmiştik ve normal giriş saati 14:00 olmasına rağmen sabah 9-10 gibi giriş yaptık erkenden temizlemiştiler ve odamız gayet temizde. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Konumu da çok iyi otogara 5 dk sahile 2-3 uzaklıkta. Her şey için teşekkürler ☺️

Decent for a quick stay

Stayed for one quick night. The location is off into a little alley, which was a little hard to find at first. My only issue is that the bed is a little hard, for just one night it's fine, but for a longer stay, I could see that being an issue. Overall would recommend, and kudos to the fella staying at the front desk all night! Made me feel very safe.

FALSE ROOM ADVERTISEMENT, BAD BUSINESS ETHICS

* Credit card is not accepted... cash payment only * frontdesk staff Burcu is not welcoming at all * I was given a totally different room from the one that I booked. I did book a room with 2 Twin Beds and 2 Double Sofa Beds with partial sea views. The one given to me, however, was a room with 2 Twin Beds and 1 Sofa Bed with partial mountain views that are blocked by the neighboring buildings... and with ZERO sea views! * And Burcu had the audacity to blame me, her customer, for not reminding Yeniacun Apart Hotel that my reservation is for a room with partial sea views. Tip to Burcu: check my room reservation in your system, because it's stated there! * Burcu further told me that the price I paid, did not warrant any sea views. * In short, Yeniacun Apart Hotel falsely advertised its rooms on Hotels.com. * Stay away from Yeniacun Apart Hotel. It promises you a good room; but when you book, Yeniacun Apart Hotel will give you a downgraded room upon arrival. * Burcu repeated several times, "If you are not happy with your room, cancel your reservation." If this is how Yeniacun Apart Hotel does its business, I won't be surprised if it will go bankrupt in the future; purely bad business ethics!

Отдых в пандемию

Первое впечатление - не понравилось! Через сутки поменяли номер, все оказалось намного лучше, сантехника в номерах не новая, но сливы везде работают исправно, лифт ходит, воде идёт, бывали случаи что утром не очень горячие, видимо не включали подогрев, а днём и вечером она сама нагревалась, wi-fi работает хорошо, смотрели и Ютьюб и видеосвязь тянет!!! Ввиду пандемии многие соседние отели пустовали а так застройка плотная, не знаю смогли бы спать с открытыми окнами? В целом очень хорошо, при этой цене я поставлю 5! Все остальные замечания это мелочь! Хозяйка замечательный, душевный человек!! Общайтесь, будет людьми и все будет ок! Я бы порекомендовал (но это пока нереально) запретить курение на балконах.

Ett budget hotell, du får vad du betalar för. Ingen service alls, det enda som var bra är poolen och närheten till stranden resten var en besvikelse. Ingen mat, ingen städning om du inte frågar efter det.
