"Room was great and our cleaning lady was amazing. She sung beautifully whilst she worked and was very pleasant.
We found the food not great in the restaurant, very bland, not seasoned and mostly cold.

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. "Was good and quiet as well.only i felt not treated fairly as i had VIP access on my booking but was given nothings and also i mentioned my husband had birthday the following morning nothings was done even if i.had to pay but he said i will give a drink which he didn't get it...i paid every drink while my VIP package ihad free drinks everyday..on my check out he still charged me the soft drinks i had on my room and when i ask my VIP access package he replied you didn't ask which put me off could do better "
