We enjoyed our overnight stay here, although we arrived during a wedding celebration. Noise levels were very loud. The host was kind enough to provide an evening meal for us despite the wedding.

The place is very nice and tidy. The breakfast is rich, but no coffee, no milk, no water, no juce drink - just nothing - just food! The place is used for events, which is not very convenient, because it is noisy and crowded during the events.

Liars

We arrived in the lobby and asked if we can cancel and receive a refund because we needed to get urgent to Izmir. The lady at the front desk called the manager and the manager said it is ok, they can cancel and we can go. But they did not respect what they said, we did not receive a refund.

Resepsiyondaki arkadaş hotels den rezervasyon yaptırdığım halde odamı bana uzun süre vermedi hatta onay vermeyeceğim dedi odanız yoksa önceden bildirmeniz gerekiyor bunu hotelse yazarım bende dedim … sonrasında a varmış ama 3 tek kişilik yatak var diye başladı konuşmaya sonra odayı verdi saat geç olmasaydı asla kalmazdım saygısızlık terbiyesizlik nasıl bu tarz işletmelerle çalışıyorsunuz artık hotels e de güvenemeyeceğiz …

Odada Sigara kokusu ,ön taraf odaların ses izalasyonu çokberbat,dışarının sesi odaya giriyor, telefonlan yer ayırtmak istedik yok denildi, internetten 3000TL lık odayı 4000 TL pazarlamanız hiç hoş olmadı.25 gün önce 2500TL kalmıştık.Müdür olarak böyle bir otelde kalırmısınız?Tavsiye edermisiniz?
