"The property is very walkable and quiet. There are paths that lead to the overlook with beautiful views of the sea and wildlife. The property is a working farm with 1,000 olive trees. The structures are beautifully remodeled with only a small number of individual units spread throughout the main building and casitas. There is a wonderful restaurant on the property serving wines from grapes grown on the property. The property is centrally located on the Island, equidistant from two wonderful towns. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful. Ciutadella is a beautiful older city with small shops located throughout alley ways and the waterfront. Mahón has wonderful higher end stores. We were there for a wedding and it was a perfect location for the event. "

"The communication from the 3villas team was excellent before and during our stay. The villa was clean and there was a welcome pack of a few items for the kitchen plus water and a bottle of wine too, a lovely gesture. Would certainly book this villa again and also use 3villas. "
