SPACIOUS VILLA - BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE POOL & GARDEN


Villa Natalie is a large, modern detached villa ideally located for restaurants, shops and wonderful beach. It has a valid and permanent Tourist Licence VTV 327 ME.

Situated on a large plot, the villa is surrounded by well-maintained mature trees, hedges and plants giving it a high degree of privacy. There is handy off-road parking at the front of the property via a sliding front gate - making it a safe, secure environment for families.

At the rear of Villa Natalie is a large, private swimming pool with easy-access steps; great for an early-morning swim or afternoon dip. There is plenty of space around the pool for relaxing on the sun-loungers or sitting in the shade under the large parasols provided. The outside covered terrace area provides shade if you still want to sit by the pool but out of the midday sun. It has a lovely dining table area which is ideal for al-fresco dining along with a great brick-built BBQ area. The outside terrace also has a separate, comfy seating area for you to relax in. Table tennis table and equipment for all the family to use.


Inside the villa there is a large lounge and dining area. The high-ceilings with beams gives it a lovely, spacious feel and there are two sets of patio doors leading to the pool and garden area. Villa Natalie has been furnished to a high standard and you will find everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The lounge is modern, of very good quality, and you will feel extremely comfortable staying here. The well-equipped kitchen is just off the dining area and part open plan with a separate utility area.

The great thing about Villa Natalie is the feeling of space inside. The bedrooms are all located off a large, well-designed corridor separate from the lounge - meaning you can watch TV or relax in the lounge without disturbing others. All of the bedrooms, lounge and dining area have air-conditioning/heating units.

Master bedroom - tastefully decorated with king-size bed, built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
Master en-suite - with over-bath shower, WC, twin wash basins.

Double bedroom - tastefully decorated with king-size bed, built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space.

Amazing stay at this villa with the family

I found Richard to be an excellent host with good communication before, during and after our stay.The villa itself was well located and not far from the main town and beach, i found it to be spacious, clean and very homely with all needs catered for.The swimming pool area was perfect for all the family, very private and well maintained.I cannot recommend this villa enough and will definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. Beautiful pool and the beach towels were a bonus. We enjoyed the company of the resident tortoise usually found somewhere in the garden.

Spacious well equipped villa in a great location. Games and pool inflatable toys were a lovely touch. We all had a fantastic time. The additional info local attractions and restaurants was useful too. The only thing I would say is the pool surrounding could’ve done with a wash down. I think we may have been the first in this season!

Excellent holiday

Our second stay at Villa Natalie with Richard (and our sixth stay overall at this villa). We keep coming back as this villa is kept in an excellent condition as is the lovely pool and it is situated in a very private location. The owner is very polite and helpful and is easily contactable if needed for anything and always replies quickly.

Excellent!

We had a lovely time at Villa Natalie and Cala en Porter. The villa had everything we needed, the pool area was lovely and very private. The location was excellent too, just 10 mins to beach and restaurants. Richard was an excellent host, with good communication leading up to our stay and answered any questions we had promptly. We are definitely considering returning in the future!

Perfect holiday villa

The property was perfect for what we wanted. Very clean and spacious and in a great location. The pool was brilliant. The Villa had everything that you could want or need, including lots of toys for the pool. Richard, the owner, was fab to deal with and very accommodating of our early check in. We shall be back.

Perfect Lazy Days in Comfort

Lovely villa. Short walk to beach and resort centre. Comfortable interior 3 nice bedrooms with spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Outside the villa is superb. Large swimming pool with sun loungers and dining options either under the shade or in the sun,the choice is yours. I travelled as a solo traveller and really enjoyed my stay. I would think its the perfect place for a family holiday !!!!

A lovely family holiday

We really enjoyed out stay at villa Natalie. It was the perfect size for our group of 6. We particularly loved the outdoor space and gorgeous swimming pool. The kitchen (and villa generally) was very well equipped and we were pleased at the cleanliness, ease of check-in, and helpfulness of Richard the owner. The only slight downside was the nearest supermarket was 10-15 minutes walk, but we knew this and it didn't bother us particularly. We would not hesitate to recommend this to others looking for a relaxing summer holiday.

Fabulous

Villa Natalie is a lovely spacious home from home. Having stayed at quite a few other villas, this one is one of the best. Absolutely everything, including beach towels, seats and parasols for a visit to the beach. Sky tv, dvds and a boom box for round the pool. Surrounding area a bit hilly, but doable. Overall a lovely place to stay.

A peaceful break in beautiful surroundings

The villa is set in a quiet road, but within easy reach of supermarkets, restaurants, and short drive to the beach with a cafe in the shade. The villa garden is beautiful with many flowering shrubs and the pool area is secluded and also looks as good as the photos. The villa itself is clean, very and well equipped. Access to the outside world is straightforward once you get the hang of the one way road system. The owner was a very good communicator and most helpful. Altogether a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect in every respect!

This beautiful villa is ideally located, easy access to all amenities and the airport. The villa is wonderful, everything you could ever need and more is provided. Richard is such a wonderful host too, really flexible, great recommendations, prompt responses and nothing is too much trouble. So much space by the pool, kitchen facilities superb and air con very effective when required. We loved our family holiday here and can strongly recommend it. Cala en Porter is idyllic. Brilliant location with lovely Villa

We had a really great stay at Villa Natalie. Richard really is a super host and nothing was too much trouble with instant responses to any of our holiday enquiries. The villa is very comfortable with great pool area, very private and surrounded by beautiful flowering plants, sun beds and plenty of pool toys for all ages. The location is amazing. We loved being able to walk to big selection of restaurants and supermarkets So close to the beach, a cliff for jumping into the sparkling Med sea within a couple of minutes walk and also just a couple of minutes walk to one of Menorcas great attraction, the Covo Xoroi bar to watch amazing sunsets in a stunning location. Thank you Richard for being such a wonderful host and providing such a lovely place to holiday.
