Villa Elias is a Menorcan style semi-detached house, located in a small area of ​​3 more houses, which share the garden and pool area. The terrace offers lovely views of the outdoor communal pool and partial sea views, which can be enjoyed from the outdoor tables and chairs. Just 900m from the beach!



The Space:

Villa Elias has a living-dining room furnished with a comfortable sofas and TV. The kitchen is equipped with the necessities such as: oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer. There is also a small room with a washing machine. There is also 1 full bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, and one double) and a terrace with partial views of the sea.
