  • It is furnished with love feel-good holiday home in quiet location on a 495 m2 plot with a swimming pool 4 x 8 m (seasonal) and a floor space of 115 m2. The house has a large living / dining room with ceiling fan, very well equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with shower room,
    1 double bedroom with ceiling fan and 1 room with pullout bed for 1 to 2 Pers. , 1 bath. A covered terrace, the large terrace in front of the pool with sun loungers and a pergola with garden furniture and barbecue invite you to relax and sunbathe. The rooftop terrace offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. The center of Cala'n Porter with shops, bars, restaurants, bank, bus stop, doctor and pharmacy can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. The nearby sandy beach of Calan Porter is in a sheltered bay on the outskirts and can be reached by car in a few minutes or on foot via a staircase.
