This is our second time booking this rental and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The home is clean, convenient access to the water/fishing, and something to enjoy for everyone in the sport court.
We enjoyed the stay at this beautiful vacation rental. Due to the weather, we were unable to enjoy all the amenities but with the comforts of home at our fingertips, we enjoyed it nonetheless!

If you’re coming to fish:
The boat ramp is not close to this nice house- inside very clean - outside was unkept- pier needs some attention/cleaning and lighting. House is very nice and comfortable! Pier is a nice walk from the house. Would recommend to a friend.
This property was an overall good experience. The living area was clean. The coaches and chairs in the living room are not comfortable though and should be updated.
The garage game room was nice. We couldn’t play pool though because the sticks had no tips. The outside areas were dirty, furniture was dirty with lots of spider webs.
Our family had a great thanksgiving here the house was very spacious for our family of 10. The kitchen was amazing and with the double ovens we cooked our turkey and full thanksgiving meal like we were at home. We enjoyed fishing by day from the dock and playing pool and pickle ball all night. The fire pit and wooden rockers were great to make our smores. The 15 acre property really offers a secluded feel. There was something to do for all ages our 1 year old loved the slide and playground and teen angers loved pickle ball and kayaking. Our entire group had a great time and are ready to book another trip!

If you fish and bring your boat..find somewhere else!
House was fine..two main reasons for renting this place was so we could leave our boats on the water and hot tub for my back after fishing all day..hot tub doesnt work and both boat lifts didnt work..so we tied them up in boathouse..big mistake..winds over night jumped up to 20 mph and lake had 3-4ft waves..broke the ropes and damaged both boat to the tune aroun11000..rental guy said "sorry to hear that"..no partial refund for everything not working..worst trip ever to lake fork!..will be finding other accommodations next trip
We usually go to Lake Fork for Labor Day and decided to try a rental instead of the place we normally go to. We wanted a place with enough beds for everyone and a private dock. We got just that. The master bedroom actually had another bed in it that was perfect for one of my kids. With that additional bed, everyone had a bed of their own.
The location was beautiful. Huge trees, lots of open area, and the back porch was so relaxing. There is a 3 car garage that was turned into a game room that my oldest kid lived in. The private dock was a wonderful place to catch fish (catfish, bass and perch).
There are some minor things that need some attention, but it's a lake house rental, so that's to be expected. What you will find there: quiet location, nice huge kitchen, 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, a basketball arcade, pool table, pickleball court, kids pool/air hockey/ping pong table, fire pit, and a private dock.
The dock is far from the house, so be prepared to walk or drive down there. The path does have lights, but we did have some issues trying to find this path. We were told to keep to the lighted path and not drive on the grass. But the path that was lighted didn't connect with the path start, so you either had to drive down the left hand side (without lights) or cut across the grass to the lighted path. We made it work and were super careful of the exposed pipes, but we definitely didn't attempt this at night.
We had a great time though!
Something for everyone with lots of space. We enjoyed successful night fishing, pickleball, floating on the lake, basketball, ping pong, grilling out, the hot tub, relaxing with movies, games, and cooking. The kitchen amenities were a great help. We never could find the life jackets but fortunately had a couple of our own.
Beautiful property, and very well provisioned home! We were amazed by the size and wonderful landscaping of the land. The lake was beautiful and my kids both caught bass and catfish. The house was spacious and clean with plenty of room for everyone, and lots of fun extra activities. Only ‘negative’ is that the walk from the house to the lake is a bit longer than expected, but again it was on a gorgeous path. A golf cart would be an A item to add.
Great place. Will be back next year. Couple things needs attention American Flag needs replaced in front yard and trees to dock need pruning for vehicle to drive through.
Weekend fishing trip to Fork. The accommodations are great, clean, and the owner has thought of everything. Will be staying here every time we fish Fork.
Had a group of guys stay here to have a memorial for a friend who has passed. Slept 8 guys well, plenty of activities, caught a couple fish, great time!
It's a wonderful property and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. It's a kids' friendly place and a bunch of activities for adults and kids to do. The photos don't do justice to the property, it looks a lot better than in pictures. We would love to come back and spend a lot more time.
