Hard! When 3 rooms are occupied, there is very limited space for whoever parked on grass to move out. The SPA does not work well. Water boiler and roaster are very dirty.

The Beach House at Bayside
lovely accommodation within a very short walk to the beach. Fantastic breakfast and the staff were very attentive a friendly.
