Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "We arrived late so the restaurant at the hotel was the only option but it was an excellent choice, room was clean, quiet, spacious, wifi a bit weak at our end of the building. Old town is a short walk on the path along the river."
