"This home is amazing! Our family of 8 spent a week here and it truly has everything you can think of to make your vacation special. There is a water purifying system in the refrigerator and plenty of water bottles so you don’t have to purchase water. No detail has been overlooked, every indoor and outdoor space is perfect and comfortable with plenty of room to relax. The porches have a beautiful view of the incredible ocean and beach, just a short walk from the house. The pool feels wonderful after a day outside. This home is just a short golf cart ride away from everything this amazing area has to offer and the property manager is eager to help you with every aspect of your Beautiful Bahamas Vacation! She has thought of everything you could possibly need-just pack a bathing suit, that’s all you need. We look forward to returning soon. "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful and it had everything you would need! The views were breathtaking and the pool was definitely a plus! We have 4 kids and they used the pool everyday. Each room was fully stocked and had plenty of extras (towels, blankets, sheets, etc). We would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back soon to visit! The property owner was very accessible and the caretaker of the house was super helpful with anything that we needed or any questions that we had! "

"Absolutely love the Porperty and amenities on site for families. Our family had such a great time on our week stay. Tons of games and things to do at house, great stuff to take down to beach, amazing views, isolation, comfortable beds, grilling, relaxing, dock for our boat in the harbor. This place has it all. Had some hiccups that come with island life and the hosts were all over it making our stay carefree. Can’t say enough about this place. Will be booking again next year for same trip. "

"This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!"

"What great find this was! We stayed for 8 nights- 2 adults and 2 children ages 5-8. It's a little villa that feels spacious situated just a few houses down from the pool and right next to a path to the beach. Short walking distance to laundry, small grocery store (very overpriced, stop at Maxwell's on your way from the airport!), bakery, and the marina. It was just about a 30 minute boat ride from the marina to Green Turtle Cay and No Name Cay. At low tide, turn right at the beach and walk about 1 mile to an amazing sandbar where we found starfish, sand dollars, and beautiful shells. On your way back, if it's before 4, stop at the beach club resort for a drink. The beach villas is a lovely community with friendly people and feels extremely safe. The only room for improvement I'd say is it would be nice to have a dresser or drawers of some kind in the master bedroom to more neatly unpack (Theres 1 or 2 shelves in the closet, that's about it) and my husband would have really loved a propane or charcoal grill. Thankfully one of the very friendly neighbors was kind enough to let us use their grill.Highly recommend this property!"
