"This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at this house. It is a lovely property with enough room for the five of us to have a great ladies weekend. Walkable to town, which makes it perfect. Carl is very responsive to all inquiries "

"When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. Probably won’t stay there again. "

"The owner Keith is a great guy! The property is clean and has a nice walking location in the town of Warwick. A parking spot is reserved right outside the property. "

"The room was upstairs with no elevator so people with mobility conditions might want to reconsider. The room was cozy and bright. The bathroom was small but updated. The fridge in the hallway had water, soda and other non-alcoholic drinks. Very nice."
