About this property

Weekly discounts avail. Get away at this New house on Lovejoy Pond in Albion

  • If you have a dog please check that you are paying for them when you are booking. If you and your family enjoy relaxing by the fire next to the water watching the fish jumping, the eagles soaring and wonderful sunsets this is the place for you. You can enjoy fishing from the shore or one of the boats for some of the ponds many fish. Lovejoy Pond is 379 acres and has 4.2 miles of shoreline for fishing and exploring.
    We allow up to two dogs with a fee of $25 per dog per night. We will charge $100 penalty plus the pet fee if you do not pay for your dogs up front.
    This is a brand new house that the interior was finished on 5/17/2022 and the siding will be done in the spring of 2026.
    We have everything you and your family will need for a wonderful time inside and out.
    The house sits 25 feet from the water and has 1144 square feet of living space with a covered porch, picnic table, lounge chairs, fire ring, canoe and 2 kayaks with life vests.
    As the weather warms up the pond gets algae blooms and weeds start growing making swimming less desirable but we do have another cottage on a beautiful pond in Oakland Maine called East Pond which is the start of the Belgrade lakes chain. The property id number is 2147380.
