Albrightsville is waiting for you at this lovely 3-bedroom house. With a queen bed, king bed, and twin bed, guests will have a comfortable stay. The property also features a cozy living room with a sofa bed for additional space. Enjoy the superb amenities like AC, heating, and a fitness room equipped with free weights and sauna. Our place can be your homebase during your waterpark, lake or ski slope adventures. 15 min from Jack Frost,5 min to Skirmish paintball and 10 minutes to Pocono Raceway. We are 15 minutes from State gamelands and 25 minutes to Split Rock Resort.

3.Guests will compensate the host for any food/drink stains in the linen and furniture.
4. No-Smoking - A $200.00/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest check-out.
5. Any guest who stays past checkout time will be charged a late checkout fee of up to one night's stay.
6. Be kind to our plumbing- We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash cans. DO NOT flush any items other than toilet paper in the toilet, this will cause a septic backup.
7. Honor Noise Rules - We understand you want to enjoy yourselves, however, we do ask that any noise after 10:00 pm to be kept to a minimum. Any complaints received after that time will result in the eviction of the property.
8. Respect Towels and Sheets - Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Any damaged linen, item will result in a $20 fee per item.
9. Additional Cleaning -an additional cleaning fee can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above and beyond standard cleaning. 10. No candles.
11. No underage drinking.
12 If any damage occurs please let us know ASAP so we can prepare to have the item corrected. Any damages cost to property and loss of income caused by such will be the responsibility of the guest registered to the property at the time of occurrence.

Our host was attentive to our arrival and any questions. The property was as listed. It was a comfortable house for the three of us and our dogs.
