The Great Pocono Rental is a beautiful, ~1400sq/ft, mountain home located in Towamensing Trails, just a short walk to the lake and marina. A private vacation spot offering a crystal clear 190 acre stocked lake, with boat rentals available. There is a sandy beach, outdoor lakefront swimming pool, lakefront restaurant and bar, tennis and basketball courts. For the kids, there is a playground and kiddie pool...8 "amenity renters bands" provided to use community facilities, more can be purchased...children 5 and under do not need bands. Area is patrolled with 24-hour security(guests will be registered previous to arrival). The home has 3 bedrooms (2 queen, and 1 queen/twin bunk beds), and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a full futon in the loft area and a portable crib. Loft area is off to the side of the master bedroom…it is not a separate room. Our “suggested max comfortable occupancy” would be 6 adults+children. Our cozy and comfortable home offers cathedral ceilings, stone gas fireplace, ceiling fans(No AC), modern fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two baths, and TV/DVD. The game room area, at the house, has a dart board, air hockey/PING PONG & MORE! While the chalet does not have AC, there are ceiling fans throughout the house. The average high temps in July/August are in the 70's(weatherforyou.com), so 99% of the time, AC is not needed!

The Great Pocono Rental is nestled in the woods of Towamensing Trails. Ideal for weekly/weekend get a ways, ski isj vacations, summer vacations and fall foliage views. Our beautiful and cozy home offers cathedral ceilings, lots of glass, gas burning stone fireplace, ceiling fans throughout, modern fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two baths and TVs/DVD/VCR and videos. The game area features a dart board, air hockey/ping pong(combo). For outdoor entertaining, we offer two Spacious decks and a grill. Amenities: Stone Gas Fireplace, Ceiling Fans throughout, Phone, Cable TV, Stereo, CD Player, DVD/VCR, Many kids’ games, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, Grill. Very family friendly!

Active!: Towamensing Trails is a private, secure, four season community offering a lake with a private beach, pool, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, and a playground. The crystal clear lake is stocked with fish (license required). The clubhouse features a restaurant/bar and an outdoor snack bar overlooking the lake. During the summer months, boats can be rented. Clubhouse hours may vary according to the season(peak/off-peak).

Our home is centralized among many area attractions which include: Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Camel Back, Hickory Run State Park, Dorney Park, Jim Thorpe, The Crossings Outlets, Lake Harmony, Split Rock, Whitewater Rafting, and Pocono Raceway and Pocono Mountain Festivals. There’s always something to do in The Poconos!

Partially refundable damage deposit($325) billed separately after booking.
The deposit includes the $125 cleaning fee…deducted at time of refund.
