Welcome to your peaceful Poconos family retreat! Located in the heart of the Poconos Mountains within the gated Indian Mountain Lake community, this home is designed entirely for comfort, group relaxation, and family stays.

Inside the Space:

Our home features a sun-drenched, open-concept main living area with floor-to-ceiling wood details and soaring vaulted ceilings. Prepare family meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with rich wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

The layout offers 3 cozy bedrooms configured perfectly for families: a primary bedroom featuring an overhead skylight and exposed beams, a warm secondary bedroom, and a flexible third room containing both a comfortable bed and a matching futon sofa that kids or teens will love. Upstairs in the vaulted loft, you'll find a quiet daybed reading nook alongside a unique hidden gem: a built-in coffee and beverage station tucked neatly into an accent cabinet. The home also includes a full bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.

Outdoor Gathering:

Step out onto the massive wrap-around deck, featuring an outdoor dining table set against a peaceful wooded backdrop. Gather down by the custom gravel fire pit ring to roast s'mores and watch the stars together.

Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and the surrounding outdoor private areas.

2 outdoor swimming pools and a kiddie pool (Open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend)

IMPORTANT:

If you and your group plan on using any of the community amenities (pools, lakes, courts, etc.), wristbands must be requested and paid for at the same time you book your rental stay. They cost $10.00 each (free for children under 6) and will be ready for you to pick up at the community office upon your arrival.

Other things to note
Our chalet is located in Indian Mountain Lake, a quiet, gated residential community featuring 24/7 security patrols for your protection. To ensure a smooth stay, please review the mandatory community rules and registration requirements below:

- The community requires a one-time $60.00 registration fee per stay, which is automatically added to your reservation total before you book. A valid ID, basic guest list, and vehicle information are required to secure gate entry.
- 2026 UPD: The community also requires the Accountable Renter's mailing address, phone number, and email.

- Guest and vehicle registration must be fully submitted at least 2 days before your arrival. The community office charges a strict $75.00 late registration fee if this deadline is missed.

- No loud noise or music outside after 10:00 PM. We love our neighbors and strictly enforce community quiet hours!

- This is a peaceful family community. Absolutely no parties, large gatherings, or events are permitted. Additional unauthorized guest and cleaning fees will apply.

- Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind (tobacco, vaping, or cannabis) is permitted inside the home. Heavy deep-cleaning fees will be charged for violations.

- We provide a starter set of essential items (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels) to cover stays of about 2–3 nights.
