Great New Years Weekend
The property had everything we needed. Plenty of private sleeping arrangements for all guests. Lots of rooms and areas to convene for dinner and games; or to get away by oneself to read. The hot tub was great! Linda the Host was immediately available, responsive and accommodating. It was all we could expect for a large family gathering.

Perfect Birthday Getaway!
I booked this house with 5 other couples to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was cozy and equipped with all the cooking utensils we needed. There was more than enough space to accommodate the 14 adults that stayed. The home was clean and exactly as pictured. We did snowtubing at Blue Mountain resort, which was 30 mins away and enjoyed a candlelit dinner, which was prepared by a hired chef. It was perfect! The check-in/check-out process was seamless.

Thanksgiving family trip
The stay at this home was very nice. It was comfortable and provided plenty of space for my growing family - we are grandparents with kids and grandkids that joined us for the holiday. The children enjoyed the game room and playing outside- they enjoyed watching the deer that visited everyday.

Much Needed
This place is very cozy. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy .The game room was the highlight we spent most of our time there. Right outside the game room is the jacuzzi and a sitting area. Good if you need fresh air or for the smokers. Will definitely stay here again

What a GREAT STAY!
Eight friends gathered for two days celebrating the one year anniversary of our 50th high school reunion in 2022. This house was perfect. Beds and pillows are excellent. The kitchen is well-stocked and we never left the house for dining out. The game room downstairs was fun for all. Everything from televisions to the fireplace worked perfectly. We walked and talked and took in the beautiful Fall scenery. We’ll be back.

We had 12 people total. The place was great…enough bedrooms for all of us, plenty of bathrooms, large dining table so we could all sit together for meals & plenty of seating to sit around & chat. The pool table was awesome but could use a little TLC. The owners had a lovely home & we really enjoyed ourselves! We would definitely stay there again.

Hard to leave this house. The Poconos are beautiful. Highly recommend Hawks and Dingsman Falls. All five families who stayed there had a great time. Plenty of room. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this rental!

The location was great, right around the corner from the pool and the lake/beach. Plenty of space and all those bedrooms allowed us to spread out. Communication with our host was easy and she answered all our questions quickly.

The house was great! Very clean and plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kids loved the wildlife, especially the fawns and a big lumbering black bear! One suggestion I would like to make for Linda is that one bedroom have multiple beds, either bunks or singles. Kids don’t do well sleeping together! Thanks for a fun vacation!

Lovely house for our large family
The house had plenty of room for our large group to sleep comfortably and to sit together and visit. The host was very responsive when contacted about minor issues in the house and she corrected them promptly. Only downside is that the house has lots of steps so is a challenge for anyone with mobility challenges.

Escape from the city
This little weekend escape from the city is just what we needed. The house was perfect for our group of 15 to celebrate my birthday. The owner was very responsive to my queries. The lake is walking distance and very relaxing. The house was very spacious and clean. We loved the long tables inside and outside and being able to sit down to eat together. Beautiful home.

Annual Pocono getaway
This is our 2nd year staying at this property which is perfect for us as we are adult couples and each of the 7 bedrooms have queen or king beds. The dining room table is long enough to hold 14 people which is great for our family dinners and game playing. The games (pool, shuffleboard, foosball, roulette) on the lower level are in fairly good shape. My family enjoyed teaming up and having family competitions! This year we skied at camelback which was 20-25 minutes from the property vs Jack Frost which is maybe 10-15 minutes from the property. Overall, my family thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Great Getaway House
Stayed at this property with nine adults. The game room was great with the shuffleboard, pool table and foosball table. All bedrooms were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. Could use a grab bar for the tub shower on the first floor, and at least a towel rack or hook in the bathroom on the basement floor. Great communication with Linda as she was always available. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was great for our group of 11 people. There was room for more!! Went skiing and Camelback and Jfbb. It was so nice coming back to the hot tub waiting for us. Plenty of deer spotting too. Would definitely book again.

AMAZING!!!!
I arranged for my friends and family to stay at this location. This house is beautiful and VERY spacious. We were a group of 12, all adults. We were able to stay in our own room. There are no other locations that offer one bed in each room!!!! So this was perfect. We enjoyed the game room! We are already planning to stay here again hopefully to enjoy the beach. We were very grateful for the amazing opportunity!

Awesome Place to Relax!!
High school group of friends had a first time get away in 30 plus years together! House was PERFECT! Great space, great rooms. Loved the long table. EVERYONE made the same compliment. Only 1 suggestion, for a property that holds soo many people the availability of a second refrigerator would have been great! 11 people's food doesn't quite fit in just one. But we used 3 coolers! Adapt and overcome "MN Class of 91"

We had an amazing weekend! House was better then described. The hosts were exceptional, answered questions within seconds. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and entire house was spotless, kitchen was well stocked and we wanted for nothing. I hope we can rent this home again next year!! Wonderful Family Getaway
The house was just as described and provided plenty of room for our 14 family members. The owners and linen service were attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen had large pans for us to cook large family meals, and though we brought all our own household items i.e. toilet tissue, paper towels the house was well stocked. We loved the long indoor and our door dining tables, allowing us to all sit comfortably together for meals. It was a great weekend for family bonding and reconnecting!

Great Vacation!
We are 5 families who have been vacationing together for the past 3 years. This house had plenty of room for everyone. The teens enjoyed staying downstairs while the adults loved the cozy living room to watch movies, the huge dining table for meals & the outdoor deck for relaxing. Linda was an awesome host & was prompt in answering all of my questions before we got there. Everyone had a great time and we enjoyed our stay !

Great place to stay!
We got married in Danielsville and had the bridal party stay at the house from Friday to Sunday. We arrived Wednesday, the house was clean and accommodating. It worked out very well for getting ready for the wedding as well. Girls in the loft, guys in the basement, and food on the first floor. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wanted a nice quiet place to stay.

Great place for a family weekend !
Nice place and well taken care of ! Plenty of room especially bedroom space. Kitchen was well equipped and the long table was a plus for feeding our many family members. Comfortable furniture and amazingly all the TVs had working remotes, This allowed us to view a few videos of past summer vacations. Everybody loved the visit from the local deer population too.

Perfect for larger group!
This place was perfect for our group. Parking is right in front of the house, so very convenient when carrying in suitcases and provisions for the weekend. Each of the 7 bedrooms had at least one window and felt like a true bedroom vs a closet with a mattress. The king and queen beds were perfect for us given everyone is an adult couple. The dining area has a long table and accommodated 14 easily which was great for meals and game playing. The first floor game room had foosball, shuffleboard in addition to pool table and roulette wheel. I hadn’t seen those in the pictures of the house. Both the first and main floors of the house are large enough to allow everyone to gather without feeling cramped. Location was great- Jack frost was a 10-15 minute drive, camelback snow tubing was approx 30mjns away. There were stores nearby for pizza, etc. my family and I were so pleased with this house that we will definitely book again for next year. And the owner is great. Prompt replies to all questions!
