Nicest house we've booked so far!

We loved this place. Quiet neighborhood, we were only there for one night and didnt take advantage of the fire pit or the back yard.

Convenient, clean lodging close to Interstate 40

This property was perfect for me, my adult daughter and 9-year-old granddaughter plus dog. It was very clean, homey, well-appointed with everything we needed. The house is modest, on a quiet, safe street, close to grocery, restaurants, and other conveniences. The backyard was large with lawn and a very nice covered patio. I highly recommend for a small family or 2-3 friends. The host was very responsive.

Relaxing Travel Space

We were traveling across the country and chose this house to allow us and our dogs to chill for a day. The house was clean, laid out well, comfortable, and the backyard was perfect the dogs to stretch their legs and play frisbee. We were very happy with the host and would stay there again!

This property was located in a nice quite neighborhood. The house is small but was perfect for our family of 5. The house was perfectly clean and a very comfortable place to stay. Also, I had to contact the owners with a couple of questions, and they were very prompt to answer and helpful!

Very Nice Home

This is our second stay. The home is very clean, comfortable, and is located close to restaurants and stores. We stayed here on our way to Arizona so it’s close proximity to highway is a plus. Also nice to have use of the attached garage.

Annual Sisters weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the condo- it was well equipped with the essentials we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. The environment was welcoming and included games, activities, essential toiletries and access to WiFi and streaming services. Although, we had some check-in challenges, the owner was quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we were able to enjoy our stay.

Reynaldo and his family have a wonderful property. It is just the way the pics are online. Emaculate! The property was very clean easy to use and convenient to everything. Reynaldo was quick to respond to all the questions we had. We will absolutely stay here again.

This stay was AMAZING!!! This was my first time using a VRBO. The process was so easy. Oue stay was 9 days. The host was so kind and responsive and the home was immaculately clean. It was beautifully decorated and felt like a true home away from home. It was obvious the host truly cared about the home from the degree of cleanliness to the extra touches! The location was in the NE end and was so easy to get to anywhere in the city from there. I can't say enough about the host, Reynaldo. So easy to get in touch with him for any questions we had. Great location, great price, neat and clean

This house is small but ideal for groups of adults who are looking to explore the area. Large, comfortable beds with soft sheets (and firm mattresses!), a reasonably sized kitchen, and a small and comfy living room. I traveled with a friend and we were really pleased with the location—there are great restaurants and coffee shops very close by. We spent most of our time traveling around New Mexico and used this house as a base, and that worked great. Really appreciated the dishwasher and laundry machine as well! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. There’s a very pleasant and secluded outdoor area. The online listing and house rules said checkout was at 11 but the host asked us to leave by 10. Other than that discrepancy, everything was very much as described.

Exactly what we needed!

This house is very clean, organized, well stocked with EVERYTHING you need to feel at home. The communication was great with the hosts and they were very understanding when my 1-year old accidentally knocked the soap dispenser in the sink and it cracked. All in all, we had a very relaxing time away from home!! THAT stove though! 🙌 best stove I’ve used in a long time! I was excited about cooking pretty much the whole time. I want to thank the hosts for sharing their home with us, and I hope we can make it back again in the near future!

Great modern little house

The unit looks to have been remodeled and includes many modern furnishings. It was immaculate and smartly decorated. I loved the huge backyard, which had grass for our pups and was escape-proof. The BBQ was in perfect working order. There was a fun outdoor area with lighting and a fire pit with plenty of firewood for an ideal family evening. The backyard was very private.The unit lacked some basic essential amenities, such as steak knives. A tray of ice cubes would have been nice for a cocktail after that day's long trip. Only one very small kitchen towel was provided. I could not find any wine glasses. The single-serving Keurig coffee maker and the coffee pods that were provided were not adequate for a couple who likes a lot of coffee in the morning. The neighborhood was high density with a mixture of well-kept owner-occupied homes and others that were rentals that lacked care.

The perfect spot!

We recently stayed at this property over Thanksgiving week and could not have been more pleased. No only was it the perfect spot for us to be near our daughter, it was close to a ton of great restaurants, we were minutes to Old Town, National Museum of Nuclear History and Sandia Crest, which are the attractions we visited while there. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and would easily sleep 6 people so there was more than enough space for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. The kitchen had everything I needed to help with cooking. The yard was perfect for our pups. The host was very responsive to the few question I had. But instructions received prior were very descriptive so because everything was perfect when we got there, I honestly didn’t have to contact the host for anything. Overall, we were extremely pleased and will hopefully be able to book again for our next visit to Albuquerque. Thanks for having us Rey!
