Your cozy getaway awaits in Rio Rancho at this wonderful house. With 4 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 2 full beds, this charming retreat offers a perfect space for families or groups of friends, pets allowed. Big screen TV in living room with televisions in 3 of the bedrooms. Lots of board games, activities and books. Back yard has a propane grill. There are two driveways for up to 4 vehicles. You will have exclusive access to the entire property. Check-in is easy with a self-check-in process. Fully fenced yard. Gate backyard access puts you right on the Cabazon trail where you can explore and visit nearby parks. Enjoy your time in Rio Rancho at our lovely house. You are close by to major food chains, as well as Walgreens, Walmart, local gas stations.

Checkin process was super simple. House was neat and clean. Really appreciated the property managers proactive communication style to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Really appreciated the small touches such as the bottle of wine that was left for us and the bottled water in the refrigerator.Thank you so much for a very nice stay.

I rented this home for a month while searching for permanent housing, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location in Rio Rancho is very convenient, close to everything, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The hosts were excellent — friendly, responsive, and communicative throughout my stay.The house itself is spacious and well-appointed, with everything you could need for a short or long stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The washer and dryer were excellent, the large TV with Fire Stick was great for relaxing evenings, and the master bed was incredibly comfortable!Even though I didn’t need all four bedrooms, the home was perfect — clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into.It’s also worth mentioning that I had originally booked a different VRBO property that fell through at the last minute. I was disappointed at first, but in hindsight, it turned out for the best — this home was far better and truly a pleasure to stay in.Highly recommend this property and these hosts!
