  • A true New Mexican adobe casita in Albuquerque's quiet North Valley. Climb to the lofted king bed and wake up to sunrise over the Sandia Mountains, then light the wood-burning fireplace under viga ceilings, brick floors and classic Spanish tile. Your own private entrance and courtyard, a kitchenette, in-unit washer and dryer, a soaking tub, and a ductless mini-split for real air conditioning.

    THE SPACE
    Loft bedroom with a king bed and a twin chaise. Downstairs living room with a pull-out sofa, TV, and the fireplace. Kitchenette with the essentials for breakfast and simple meals. Full bathroom with a tub. The entire casita and its front courtyard are yours during your stay.

    LOCATION
    Minutes to Balloon Fiesta Park, Los Poblanos, El Pinto, and the Rail Runner station for an easy day trip to Santa Fe. About 20 minutes to Old Town and downtown, and close to the Sandia Peak Tramway.

    BEDS
    1 king bed, 1 twin chaise, 1 sofa bed. Sleeps up to 5 (comfortable for 2 to 3).

    GOOD TO KNOW
    Dogs are welcome (pet fee applies). Exterior Ring doorbell camera at the entrance only. The casita shares the property with our main house, which is rented separately unless you book our combined listing.

Beautiful little casita!

The place is beautiful, looks exactly like the listing! Pros:- Very charming & cute inside- Everything was clean - Quiet neighborhood - VERY comfortable bed with really nice bedding - Property managers were very responsive and quick to communicate with FYIs:- It’s cold in there during the winter. We didn’t mind at all but just fyi. - The bed is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. We were fine with it but if you get up a lot at night just know this. - The shower tiles are very slippery so step carefully or ask for an anti slip mat. The property managers provided us an anti slip mat the day we requested it. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful casita!

Really enjoyed our stay. Outstanding location for the Balloon Fiesta. Only a 30 min. walk to the Chase Team Lot, and if you're polite and explain that you come from down the street, the security folks will let you walk up the road to gate 28. Eric was a great communicator promptly answering any questions we had. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Stay during clinical rotations and classes

We stayed during our clinical rotations and classes at the beginning of June. Pretty townhouse-type location, quiet and clean, perfect for studying! Thanks!

Good overall. However the casita was cold. Location was hard find. There were no clocks in any of the rooms.
