"The hotel staff were professional, polite, actually sweet, considerate and kind. The pool and working hot tub were amazingly clean. Only 1 thing was a drawback but was quickly taken care of. I needed an extension cord because our room was not yet updated with plug ins on the nightstand. Staff was up at room door before I could back from the front desk. Prompt kind and quite impressive. A separate review, wait staff at restaurant was lacking. At the time 3 groups of people had left. We were the only ones literally in the restaurant. Wait staff was too busy talking to get our order to us promptly and hot. We were waiting quite awhile while the kitchen was fast our food sat under the warmer. Was not impressed with wait staff AT ALL."
