The bed was very comfortable. The first lady that checked us in was great. Helpful and friendly. After her, the others were mediocre at best. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, suites had a refrigerator. The food places on the property were closed. The day we were leaving, I killed a cockroach in my room.

This is a quaint hotel located in walking distance form historic downtown Albuquerque. The rooms have been updated, are clean and comfortable. There is a small pool in the courtyard, a tap room next to the hotel lobby, and several small restaurants to eat at on the property. It was perfect for a road trip along Route 66 for a few nights. Not all rooms have a refridgerator (FYI).

Very nice hotel but not kid friendly. There is a dispensary basically on the premises and marijuana is everywhere. If that bothers you, this place is probably not for you.

The El Vado is a Route 66 classic, updated with a great outdoor gathering space and nice pool, several local shops, an event center, and very comfortable rooms. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, drugstores, and other shopping. Dash, the manager who greeted us, is personable and very kind. This is a great place to meet your friends, spend a night in an historic motel, and enjoy making memories.

I had a great stay at El Vado Motel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I also loved the complimentary beer at check-in, such a fun and unique touch! The location is great, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. Old Town is only a 5 minute walk from the motel. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Albuquerque!

Clean quiet room, very comfortable and a good night's sleep. The only drawback was the parking, which is a public parking lot for a shopping center. and somewhat confusting to locate if you have not been there before. Aside from that, really liked the property and the ambience.

Nice quaint historical hotel. Pool and nearby restaurants are convenient.. The staff is very helpful and give you free drinks when you arrive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Coffee is also available. Bagels and coffee shop next door. Only issue was the noisy air conditioner that wasn't able to be quieted. Good for families and convenient location.

We stayed for just one night while passing through. The property was so cute and clean! Our room was nice and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We took a little swim in the pool and it was mostly just families and people seeking something a little more interesting on road trips. we ate at the Costa Rican restaurant and the food was amazing. It was very convenient because you can walk the little shops and restaurants.
