Everything inside the home was clean and very functional. A few additional items would have been helpful: a toaster, a clothes iron and ironing board, trash receptacles in bathrooms and on the second level, kitchen towels and dish rags, dishwasher soap, a welcome letter with essential information and expectations for guests. We have found each of the items on this list in every other short term rental we have booked. Also, the outside and patio areas of the home are not currently being maintained and were not useable during our stay due to large amounts of dust, cobwebs, bird droppings and tree debris. With a small amount of attention this home could easily be reviewed with 5 stars.
