"Extremely clean room, very scenic, quiet, excellent location in my opinion, although it is north in part of Albuquerque. Absolutely gorgeous. There is a spa at this location. There’s golf course there is walking sidewalks extremely beautiful.!! finally come the staff very helpful, very nice."

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Isleta Resort & Casino. I am traveling from out of state (Texas), and at approximately 10:45 PM I was asleep in my hotel room when I was suddenly woken up by loud banging on my door. Multiple police officers were outside my room due to a concern security had from earlier in the day. At no point did hotel staff or the front desk attempt to contact me directly or address the situation before escalating it to law enforcement. Instead, I was abruptly awakened from sleep and confronted at my door while police were already on-site, with no prior warning or communication. To make matters worse, I had originally only booked one night and was not even planning to stay another night. I decided on my own to extend my stay and book an additional night anyway. After this experience, I will never be booking here again. The entire situation was completely absurd considering nothing came out of it. In the end, there was no issue at all—just officers and myself essentially wishing each other a goodnight after it was confirmed that nothing was wrong in the first place. I also have not even been able to address the situation with staff. When I pass employees, I am simply met with stares and no attempt to speak about what happened, which makes the lack of communication even more frustrating. The timing, lack of communication, and handling of the situation were unprofessional, unnecessary, and embarrassing. I expected a much higher level of"

"One elevator for the whole place felt like we were always waiting, we were quoted two queen beds and instead had two full size that were awkwardly place on the queen bed frames. Other than that- lobby, bar, pool and location were nice."

"Pool was freezing! Didn’t like that. Room was clean but didn’t like the double side mirror in the bathroom. You need to look into that 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 "

" For the price this was very adequate. We left early before breakfast in order to get to the airport for our flight. Very good transportation service provided by the hotel to the airport. This location is convenient for access to Applebee's and other restaurants. The bathroom is a little dated. Occupants of the room above us were noisy into the night."

"The bathtub was terrible. It needed reglazing, the surround was coming off the wall, the shower curtain would not open completely so water was getting all over the floor. And there was no hand soap to wash our hands after using the restroom. And the elevator was a bit scary it seemed old and the doors took a minute or two to open. "
