"bed and shower were clean, but all the light switches were gunky and so was the carpet. There were cockroaches all over the place outside the building"

"The staff at check in was great. The room itself was fine, fairly newly remodeled and spacious. But the outside is dirty, trash around, cig butts right out side the door. Sidewalk area not swept up. The paint is peeling off the entry doors on our side of the building. Right across from the swimming pool which is disgusting, half full and green slime, lots of trash in the fence area. For a Wyndham property it needs a lot of work. Don't know if we will stay again. Wife did not like the feeling outside. Nice handy location for our travel but not a safe looking place anymore."

"Checked in to a DIRTY BATHROOM with hair in the sink and bathtub and a dirty toilet. One of the beds was not changed from the previous guest, the closet door was broken off and hanging sideways in the walkway, and the front door would hardly close. I called the front desk and they sent a maid to finish cleaning. They said they would come deal with the closet door but never did. I didn't expect this to be a top of the line place but I did expect to have a clean bed and bathroom. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"
