  • Modern luxury secure 3 story townhome in downtown with in-unit garage and free street parking. Less than 2 miles to hospitals. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, DT nightlife and courthouses. 1.3 mi to old town plaza, .6 mi to ABQ Zoo, 2 mi to ABQ bio park. Secure, coded, gate and doors for convenience. Office, two small balconies, jetted tub, in unit washer and dryer, courtyard. You will love it here!
