Was having issues with my apartment needed a place to stay for the night. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is under construction but the room was nice, clean, comfy and big. Where I stayed was nice and quiet , slept great.
We reserved a room 2 weeks ahead of time! We reserved a handicap King room. When we arrived we were given a regular room with 2 beds and no handicap facilities! When I showed my reservation, that was not refundable, they said they were sold out and didn’t have a king room available! We were there for a concert and didn’t have time to find another room because there was a lot of people in town for the concert.
I will never stay here again! There was plastic over part of the hall and some doors, they were very rude about the room also!
HORRIBLE place to stay.
The hotel was under construction, elevator was dirty, no breakfast, the room had a bad odor, door didn't not locked. Staff was terrible.. I haven't received my $60.00 security deposit and my cancel of $55.00 is not back on my credit card, front desk says, he doesn't know how to work the computer, check on August 15, was about an hour wait..
This hotel is terrible and horrible..
The property was literally closed and reopened under another name, probably to hide the terrible reputation the owners of the property garnered. The rideshare driver literally didn't know about the new name because the property had closed.
Once I entered my first room on the first night, there was water all over the floor, which got me a different room (no, not just humidity, a literal pool of water which spanned the space between both beds). The second room had a few issues as well: the handle on the sink literally came off, there were insects flying about, there was a 2-3 inch hole in the comforter of one of the made beds, there was toilet paper on the floor, the shower had hair in it from a previous guest, the floor was quite literally dirty, and the extra lock on the door was literally ripped off prior to me getting there, preventing me from fully locking the door like any civilized hotel.
I get that I get what I pay for, but good grief I've stayed at better KOA campgrounds which didn't run me $50/night. I'm surprised I didn't get robbed. I checked out a day early from the still-under-construction hotel and was assured by the staff that I would be refunded when I talked to Expedia. Lo and behold, after a conversation with Expedia the hotel said "No they checked out too late so we won't be able to refund the night." I literally opted to sleep in a hospital chair rather than sleep in that hotel again.
