The room is a private area beneath the main house with its own access. It consists of a bedroom, fully furnished en-suite and a kitchenette. Access to the guest room is via a keypad security box containing the key to the room.
The unit has a TV and complimentary internet availability. And USB points beside the bed! The en-suite uses under-tile heating and tumble dried towels for extra personal comfort. Car parking is on the street in front of the house. The room is non-smoking both inside and outside.
Pets are allowed with the normal owner responsibilities required.

It was a great stay. A very warm and modern place and an easy stop when travelling from Melbourne to Sydney. David has put a lot of thought into the place and was very communicative.

Basic, but clean and really well presented, if i need to go to Albury again, i will definitely stay here again. Host was really helpful with tips on what to do and where to go.

David and Frans place has everything you need. It’s nice a modern and very pet friendly. Great water pressure and Airconditioning. They have done a fantastic job. Close to everything and gives you privacy.

East Albury stopover

Enroute to Victoria, my wife and I stayed with our pooch. The flat is brand new, clean and spotless. Excellent bed and bathroom facilities. David is helpful with local information as well.

Cosy modern studio

We had a lovely overnight stay here with our 2 dogs. The studio is very well appointed, modern, cosy and the host Dave was very helpful and welcoming. Suki the resident whippet is very cute. Loved the heated tiles in the bathroom :) Very quiet location. Definitely recommend.

Perfect

This was the perfect place to stop on our drive to Melbourne. The apartment was clean, comfortable and modern. It was quiet and private above all, pet friendly. The check in process was exactly as described and easy. I missed meeting David and his dog Suki because i was out walking my dog but he introduced himself to my husband.

My stay was double booked!

I never got to stay here. I arrived in Albury in the evening very tired after a 5 hour drive to find there was someone already staying in the apartment and that it had been double booked. Neither the host or Stayz had contacted me beforehand to advise of a cancellation. An extremely unpleasant holiday booking experience!!Although Stayz have arranged a refund for me, it leaves me wary of making online bookings in the future.

A welcome and comfortable stay :)

Due to my much later-than-expected arrival, I didn't get to meet David in person, but he was friendly & great at communicating via the app while I travelled interstate to the location. He also made me feel at ease about my late check-in and I felt very welcome. The abode was neat and clean & the bed was comfortable after my long journey. A nice unit to stay in for the night. Best of all, David told me to let my dog out to meet his lovely whippet, Suki, from 6am so they could play while I slept in!

Hi,This location is nice and quiet and we enjoyed walking around the streets with our pup. And importantly, it isn't too far from the main street with its cafes and restaurants.

The property is immaculate and well appointed. As it is studio style with a kitchenette it is ideal for a short stay. On road parking only but having the use of a small secure garden was a plus.

Awesome host! Convenient and private

Loved our stay in Albury! Dave is a super host and we are so glad we stayed here on our recent trip. The unit has everything you need and is a short walk into town. Plenty to see and do in and around Albury - we’ll be back!
