Hi AlisonThanks for your review. Just wondering if on your first night you have told anyone about your spa issues so we could have looked into this for you? We would have been able to have a look at this for you if so, and reports from the housekeeping team was that the spa worked when they cleaned it on check out as they use the jets with the cleaning chemical. Our pool area is about to undergo a renovation, however it should still be attended to daily so that it is kept clean and presentable so I do apologise if this has been overlooked during your stay. We have an after hours number if you need anything during the night and our main clubhouse is open until late each night.
