A huge part of what made our trip so special was the exceptional service from the staff. Specifically, our drivers Suma and Gede went above and beyond. They were professional, always had a great disposition, and are excellent drivers—we felt very safe with them at all times. Gede even helped us organize a day trip to Nusa Penida, and everything was perfectly planned and executed. The hotel itself is stunning: • Rooms: Extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. • Breakfast: Absolutely delicious and very generous in portion sizes. It is definitely worth including in your stay! • Pool & View: The pool area is so relaxing and offers a beautiful, peaceful view. • Spa: We also visited the spa and had a fantastic experience. "This is a fantastic hotel on the outskirts of Ubud (5 minute taxi ride away from the main Ubud centre, and the hotel also offers a shuttle service free of charge). The hotel is a tranquil escape - beautifully presented, clean and with the most amazing friendly staff. Would highly recommend."

"We spent 4 nights in a suite room here and everything was perfect. It is a small boutique resort with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large, with two sinks, a large bath and comfortable beds with luxury linen. Our room was very quiet at night. The pool is small but lovely and we could always get a sun lounge. The restaurant was also lovely and the breakfast had a good range to choose from. Sri Ratih is a peaceful oasis close to the centre of Ubud. I would return."
